Crusher roller repairing
A worn crusher roller does not have to be replaced, and it does not have to leave the region. We build it up and hard-face it in our own workshop.
Hard-facing using EWAC electrodes, wires and metal powder alloys.
Wear resistant plate work where build-up alone will not hold.
Quoted after inspection, so the price reflects the actual wear.
Valve and hydraulic repairs
Valves, jacks, cylinders and power packs stripped, reconditioned and tested before they go back into service.
Industrial valve reconditioning and testing.
Enerpac jacks, hand pumps and electric power packs repaired with genuine service kits.
Tested before return, not just reassembled.
Fabrication
In-house fabrication for repair, replacement and modification work, so a part that is no longer available can still be made.

Do you inspect before quoting a repair?
Yes. Crusher rollers, valves and hydraulics are quoted after inspection, because the wear decides the work and the work decides the cost.
Can you collect the item from our plant?
Yes. We arrange collection for workshop jobs across Kutch and Saurashtra, and return the item once it has been tested.
Is the site team your own?
Yes. Torquing and tensioning is carried out by our own trained engineers and technicians, not subcontracted labour.
Can you work inside our shutdown window?
That is how we plan site jobs. Tell us the window and we confirm what we can commit to before you book us.
Do you supply the consumables as well as doing the repair?
Yes. We are an authorised dealer for welding consumables, lubricants, hydraulic tools and bolting equipment, so parts and labour come from one vendor.
What if the part is no longer available?
We fabricate. In-house fabrication covers repair, replacement and modification work to your drawing or a sample.
Something worn, leaking or down?
Tell us the machine and the fault. We will arrange an inspection, quote on the actual condition and give you a date.
